Shipping policy
LINDON heirloom toys packages each order with care. All orders are shipped from Maitland NSW, Australia on business days via tracked Australia Post.
We offer $8.95 flat rate tracked shipping Australia wide. Please select express shipping at checkout for Australia posts express postage option. All shipping comes with tracking provided.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, we are not liable. Please check that your address is correct when using Paypal payment. We are not able to make changes once an order has been packed. This includes, personal details, products purchased, combining orders, refunding shipping costs, changing shipping type selected and adding discount codes. Please contact us at hello@lindontoys.com.au as soon as possible after placing order to make any changes.
International shipping
For shipping to New Zealand, please choose the correct international shipping option. Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia post, and we cannot guarantee delivery times. We post worldwide, except for USA and Canada. International orders may incur duties and customs charges. Duties and customs charges are our customers responsibility where applicable. COVID: Australia post update Some items are taking a little longer than usual right now due to high parcel volumes and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions. Express Post is still the fastest way to get mail from A to B, but we can’t guarantee next-business-day delivery right now. Items may take longer than usual to arrive.
Lost or delayed item delivery
We take no responsibility in the event that a parcel is not received if it has been scanned as ‘Delivered’ and in this event it will be your responsibility to follow up with the delivery service using the tracking details we have provided.
If your item hasn’t been delivered as expected, and you’re concerned that it’s missing or lost, Australia Post has a list of things to check and information to assist.  Still not able to track down your package, complete a missing package form using your tracking number. Lost your tracking number, send us an email and we will gladly help you find it.Â
